Grand Theft Auto 4 - (Xbox 360) - how many prices

For a game that's on pre-order, it's interesting how so many stores charge different amounts for the same game. They pretty much all expect/guarantee it to be delivered around the same day, so why not charge the same amount? There's probably more too it, and I'd like to discuss it.
